Reservations on My Collection
What is the great My Collection app?
At INFINEEZ, if you register as a new My Collection member the first time you visit the store, you will be able to use all menu items at member prices from that day.
Download and install the MyColle app on your smartphone, Android, iPhone, or iPad, and register as a new member to receive points. The more you visit the store, the more points you will accumulate. You can easily make your next reservation from the MyColle app.
You can see the availability of stylists at a glance and easily make reservations from anywhere, even on holidays or late at night!
How to register the dedicated app (My Collection)
To register for this app, you will need the "ID" and "password" that you will be given when you visit INFINEEZ. A staff member will guide you when you visit the store, so please enter your password.
1⃣Download "My Collection" (app) from the store
iPhone users can access the following services from iTunes:
Android users should download and install "My Collection" from Google Play.

2⃣Select store to log in to
Please set from the store phone number 03-6433-5733.
3⃣New member registration
Select "New Member Registration" for your name and enter your "Name (in katakana)", "Gender" and "Telephone number".
After that, you will be issued an ID and password, so log in and you are done.
How to make a reservation
Reservations are possible even on public holidays and late at night.
You can also check the availability of stylists.

100% of the menu price will be charged.
If you make a reservation for a fixed price menu, we will charge you the average price for your visit over the past three months.
<Date and time changes on the day of your reservation>
We will charge the treatment fee plus a 2,000 yen change fee.
*We may suggest changing the time of your appointment in the event of a cancellation, natural disaster, or other reasons to meet your safety and preferences. In this case, we will not charge a change fee.
<Menu changes on the day of reservation>
If you change your planned menu by adding simultaneous treatment or changing accessories, and cancel or change part of the treatment, you will be charged the fee for the menu originally reserved.
In addition, if we are unable to provide the scheduled menu items due to a customer being late for some reason, we will charge the fees listed above.
<About payment of cancellation fees>
・Please transfer the amount to the specified account below within 3 days. (Please note that the bank transfer fee will be borne by the customer.)
- Any changes made on the day of your reservation or menu changes must be paid at the time of payment on the day.
If payment is not made, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept any future reservations.

Enjoy aesthetic treatment by INFINEEZ therapists.
We will ask you about the cosmetics we will be using on the day, an explanation of the course process, and your preferred strength of hand touch. After the treatment, the therapist will check the current condition of your skin and explain its effects. After your treatment, we will also show you the powder room so you can take your time and touch up your makeup.
