Cancellation Policy Same-Day Cancellation We charge 100% of the price of the booked services. For subscriptions, we charge the average of the fees from your visits in the last three months.

Changes on the Day of Reservation We will charge a service fee plus an additional ¥2,000 for changes. Note: If we suggest a time change due to a waiting list or natural disasters to accommodate your safety or preferences, we will not charge the change fee.

Menu Changes on the Day of Reservation If you change the planned menu, which involves partial cancellation or substitution, we will charge the price of the originally booked services. We will also charge the full price if you are unable to receive the planned services due to tardiness caused by personal circumstances.

Payment of Cancellation Fees

• Please transfer the cancellation fee to the specified account below within three days (transfer fees are to be paid by the customer).

• Payment for changes made on the day of the reservation or menu changes should be settled at the time of payment. If payment is not made, we regretfully must decline future reservations.

Note on Our Service Our nail salon provides one-on-one services, limiting the number of reservations we can accept each day. Since opening, we have strived to build trust with our clients.
